What kind of decision-maker are you?

Now be honest honey. Don’t tell yourself what you want to hear. What would the people you’re the closest say about your decision-making skills?

There are basically two main types of decision-makers in the world, those that can make them quick and the ones who can never seem to decide. If you know in your heart of hearts that you’re a bit indecisive, today’s episode is one you will want to listen to.

You might think it’s good to take your time, but you would be incorrect. It’s not. In fact, the more time you take – the worse off you are. And that’s what I want to talk to you about today.

And here’s why:

  • Taking your time leads to overthinking and causes actual suffering
  • Like… anxiety, obsessing, & ruminating 
  • Indecision is a decision and if often messes with your relationships in a way that you don’t love.
  • It’s disempowering

I could go on and on and on, but better to listen and get ALL the goods.
