Whether you have a household full of littles, care for one, or have the slightest interest in learning how yoga and mindfulness can create positive change in your life,  this episode is for you!

Kate Kurzon with Kate Curzon Wellbeing saw a need in her classroom, got super crafty, and then took it one step further.

As a highly trained yoga and mindfulness teacher,  Kate’s style of teaching is based around fun and she tries to take some of the seriousness out of these practices. She focuses on holistic wellbeing rather than just the physical practice (asana) of yoga and is passionate about making the magic of yoga and the practice of mindfulness accessible to all regardless of age, size, shape, gender, ability, or ethnicity.

I mean… I personally took notes as I edited this episode and walked away with a better understanding of yoga, a new way of looking at my own practice, a mudra I absolutely LOVE  and most of all – INSPIRATION to create change in my own home.

Go give this a listen and definitely check out Kates links and mentions below.
