In todays episode we’re talking about how to experience disappointment, differently. In a way that teaches, empowers and launches us towards the next big thing. It’s gonna happen anyways, so we might as well plan for it.
A few nuggets to reflect on…
- You will without a doubt experience disappointment, from yourself and others. But you can plan for it ahead of time by choosing to think differently about it, when it happens. Like setting an intention.
- There is an opportunity to be empowered through experiencing our negative emotions and not being swollowed by them.
- Don’t wait for things to fall apart before putting practices in place that will help you work through it.
