It’s easy to beleive thoughts that help us feel better.

Are those the thoughts you want to believe because what does that mean when those thoughts are beliefs that come true? In today’s episode we’re getting really honest about what “the best I can” actually means and what it will mean for you if you’re believing that about yourself, and it’s not actually true. 

A few nuggets to reflect on…

  • There’s a lot of different reasons why I’m doing the best I can feels true but it doesn’t mean it is. 
  • There’s season of life where simply surviving is the best we can do. But once you’re through it, then what. 
  • Sometimes what we need is to give ourselves some tough love other times, grace. This is why having thoughts about our thoughts is crucial. They become things and when the dust settles what you’ve thought becomes true.
