When it comes to moving towards what you want, whether it be your dreams, the goals you set, new habits you hope to form,  your practices, or just plain personal growth; the level of compassion you hold for yourself in the process of change, makes a significant impact on how you feel, how you show up, and yup… even your results. 
This week’s podcast episode is an uber-vulnerable one. I feel SO exposed, so raw, so uncertain of how the message will be received I’m dragging my feet to even share it.
